A Pacific Northwest native, Dr. Nelson grew up in Edmonds, Washington. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University. He completed a comprehensive three-year surgical residency at Tacoma General Hospital, with advanced training in both reconstructive surgery and regenerative medicine techniques.

Dr. Timothy W. H. He further refined his surgical expertise during his residency at New Berlin Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin, where he built a strong foundation in complex foot reconstruction.
Dr. Young has a particular focus on bunion correction and is well known for his experience with Lapidus and Lapiplasty procedures. Milad Kashani, DPM

Dr. Kashani was born in Tehran and immigrated to the U.S. at a young age. He attended Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA, where he obtained his BS in Biology and graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude).
He went on to obtain his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated as the valedictorian of his class.
Dr. Kashani then completed an elite foot and ankle surgery residency program at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle where he served as chief resident. During his time at Swedish, he had direct training from some of the best podiatric and orthopedic foot and ankle surgeons in the Pacific Northwest.
He has lectured and presented posters and research on foot and ankle surgical correction at multiple national conferences. He also remains involved with educating the next generation of foot and ankle surgeons through the Swedish Foot and Ankle Surgery residency program.
Dr. Kashani highly values conservative management, and his practice philosophy is that surgical intervention should be the absolute last resort when treating foot and ankle conditions.
